After that, it consecutively took charge of big-scale projects in keen relationship with the lives of the Seoul citizens, such as construction of the Seoul Children's Grand Park (1986) and funeral business (1987) and in 1990s, it expanded its scope from small to big areas including construction and management of the urban expressway (1994) and utility-pipe conduit (1995).
In 2000s, it served the citizens through the supervision of small-scale constructions (2000), traffic information service (2001), special transport service for the handicapped (2003), and so on and as it took over and started managing the major symbolic infrastructures of Seoul, such as the Seoul World Cup Stadium (2001), Cheonggyecheon (2005), and Seoul Memorial Park (2011), it developed as the best facility-specialized public corporation representing Korea.
