Per provincial public corporation act 76, clause 1 and Facilities Management Corporation establishment regulations, Seoul Metropolitan Facilities Management Corporation was established in Sep 1, 1983 to improve the welfare of residents through the efficient management and operation of facilities designated by the Seoul city mayor. The corporation is currently working on transportation and streets, parks, underground walkways, burial projects, World Cup Stadium, etc. in order to provide comfort and services to residents.
